Hello!  Welcome to my blog.  My name is Joseph Pantaleo and I student attending Hofstra University.  I am majoring in Journalism, as I aspire to become a sports writer after I complete my education.

I attended Farmingdale High School and graduated in 2015.  While attending Farmingdale I played on the golf team for 4 years, earning all-conference as a junior and all-county as a senior.  I was the captain of the team my senior year as well.

In my free time I enjoy playing and watching golf with my friends.  I also enjoying watching and playing basketball, soccer, and football.  My favorite sports teams include the Jets, Mets, and Boston Celtics.

As you can probably tell, I am a huge sports fan.  I figured I would make this blog talking about sports because talking about sports is something I do every single day.  I anticipate talking about both “big picture” topics, as well as smaller stories centered around my favorite teams.

This is my first blog, so bear with as I get the kinks out.  Enjoy!
